What IDX adds to your site
Everything buyers expect from a home search
IDX Broker supplies the MLS data, search pages and compliance displays. We design it into your site so it looks and feels like yours.
Full MLS search
Visitors search every active listing your MLS allows you to display, by city, price, beds, baths and more.
Map search
Draw on the map, zoom into neighborhoods and browse listings the way buyers actually shop for homes.
Lead capture
Registration prompts, saved searches and listing alerts turn anonymous browsers into contacts you can follow up with.
Featured listings
Showcases, carousels and sliders put your own listings, or any saved search, front and center on any page.
WordPress integration
The IMPress for IDX Broker plugin adds search bars, widgets and shortcodes, and wraps IDX pages in your theme.
Built for phones
Responsive search and listing pages so buyers can browse, save and contact you from the device in their pocket.

How it works
From sign-up to live listings
Four steps. The only real wait is MLS approval, and we use that time to build.
Step 1Sign up through our link
Choose your IDX Broker plan and MLS. Your account is connected to us so we can set it up.
Step 2MLS approval
Your MLS sends approval paperwork. Returning it quickly is the biggest factor in how fast you go live.
Step 3Billing starts at sign-up
IDX Broker bills from account creation, even while approval is pending, so we start building right away.
Step 4We build while you wait
Pages, search, widgets and lead capture are ready to launch the day your MLS approves.

IDX basics
What is IDX?
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the set of MLS policies and data feeds that let a licensed agent or broker display other brokers' active listings on their own website. An IDX provider such as IDX Broker handles the data feed, search pages and compliance displays.
Do I need MLS approval?
Yes. Every MLS approves IDX access for its members, usually with a short agreement signed by you and your broker. IDX Broker emails the instructions for your MLS when you sign up.
Does IDX Broker work with WordPress?
Yes. The free IMPress for IDX Broker plugin adds search widgets, listing showcases and shortcodes to WordPress, and IDX pages can be wrapped in your theme so they match the rest of your site.
How long does setup take?
Most of the wait is MLS approval, which depends on your MLS and how quickly the paperwork comes back. We build your site during that time so it is ready when access is approved.
